Tough love

Is it wrong for me to wish for someone to get into trouble for the hope that it will wake them up? The easiest example I can give is reckless driver (I just can't quit ranting bout these baboons xD)

By reckless, I don't mean someone that speed up 150 km/h on the highway as long as they adhere to other traffic rule. I am referring to they that never realized the existence of indicator, drive as if their car is a 'besi buruk' that can only go as fast as 60 km/h on highway, change lane without giving a second glance to the side/rear mirror, making U-turn in the middle of traffic jam, those siren-blaring white horse that push other car aside since some 'important' VIP are late for their meeting and the list goes on and on.

Every now and then, I have this evil thought of ramping my car into theirs especially when they entered my lane unexpectedly. The thought exacerbated when I see it's a BMW, or Mercs, or Porsche because I'm pretty sure as hell they will be able to pay my damage as well as their =P Bring it into court and my chance of winning the case is not too shabby unless they bribe the judge which I'm sure is more than just a possibility. (rotten system O.o)

Again, I reiterate the question, is it wrong of me? Whenever someone close to me drift off the wrong path and no longer heed any advice, I start to wish. I don't wish for it out of my pleasure but rather due to my concern and love to them.

How many of us start to value and cherish their family, friend, partner, health, wealth or this very life after undergoing some turbulence and hardships, but not before that. We take things for granted while they are perfect but guard it ferociously once part of it is taken away before our very own eye.

So, again, is it wrong of me? I believe this is another question where the answer is not as simple as black and white.
