Avoid if your sanity is valuable

Isn't it amazing how people could transform completely different over the course of time.

Even though it always happen, it never fails to amaze me especially when it's from someone that I never expected. One minute, we are jolly mates chatting like nobody's business. The next second, "me and you, had we ever meet?" It is simply wonderful how the human brain works.

Out of hundreds of courses offered at university, I never alter my belief that is psychiatry and psychology are the two most arduous choices anyone can pick to study. First of all, human brain is so complex that even after thousands of years studying it, we never even get close to understand it. Secondly, what you learnt and what you encounter will never correlate because if it does, I can just simply look upon the holy grail and pick out the answer for every single behavior I chanced upon till now but sadly, it doesn't work that way. Sorry, Freud.

Anyhoo, back to what I think what I wanna write in the first place.

It is just another lame, soapy story about another sucker who make the right choice of disappearing from my fable. Right choice, I said? Of course it is because if he doesn't, I might have to tore his page out of my book of history and cleaning up the after-mess is never something I enjoy doing.

Will I be sad? Yeah, maybe I will shed a tear or two reminiscing the memory that I haven't got the time to erase yet but grieve I will not. He make the right choice and I should be happy for him.

I know, I know. Where's the sense in this post? Nah, I also don't have the slightest idea why it flow like this. Maybe it is true what they said about the curse of grad school. It will slowly siphon your sanity till you are just an empty shell.

Oh well, back to my confined world
