I wish to the star

How true it is. We have been bombarding with countless advertisement by the mass media on things that we have to buy, places that we have to visit, car that we have to drive, clothes that we have to wear and lot of other useless stuffs. We are buying stuffs that we are just gonna use it once or twice and leave it in the closet or basement, forgotten and acts as dust collector. We look for brand when we go shopping to the extent that we pay more for something that worth less than what it should.

In reality, we actually don't need any of those. No matter what we have or what we could afford, in the end it is something simple that will make we happy.

For some, it might be hanging out with family, chilling with friends on weekend, dinner with the loved one. For others, it might be going to beach on sunny day, reading a book while sipping tea in the evening, lying down while counting stars at night. or like Hobbes, we just need 'a big sunny field to be in' =)

So, maybe it is a good time for us to stop for a while, sit down, take a deep breath and start counting. Count the blessing that we have no matter how small it is, family that be with us, loved one that hold us, friend that support us, house to return to or even the fact that we are still living, given another chance to live life.

Me. If I could wish for anything, I would not wish for power or wealth of the world. I will wish that he will accept me, that he will complete my other-half. But, if that is too much to wish for, then I wish for him to find someone that will bring him happiness, again.

How I wish it is that easy to just wish.......
