The most expensive exercise

I just realized this last night. If u want to keep ur body in shape without spending too much time exercising, just follow this one step:



Buy a two-storey house =D hahahaha

It's true. Ever since I came to KL, I been eating a lot more than I usually did while in my hometown but surprisingly, my weight remain the same. There are only two explanations that I can come out with.

First, I managed to increase my body metabolism after intense exercise for a few weeks though I highly doubt it. After all, I been slacking off in exercising for the past few days. So, that explanation is not really plausible.

Second and the more likely one, going up and down the staircase helps to keep my weight in check and it's not only a few times a day. I stay on the second floor and everything else is downstairs; the kitchen, bathroom, toilet, my food; everything is downstairs. I will climb down at least once every half an hour just to get something or go to the toilet. It is very tiring but I had no choice xD hehe

I believe it did helps a lot. So, maybe u guys could take this into account the next time when go inspect a house =P hahahahaha
