T.G.I.F!!!!!!!

I'm gonna write this post in parts. So, feel free to skip any that didn't interest u xD especially the 1st part where it's about the interview happened yesterday. wanna make it very brief and dry..haha =D

Attended the interview. Start a bit late since she hadn't finish interview one PhD candidate. Apparently, out of 5 ppl that applied, I'm the only one with zero research experience, no FYP, no honours year >_< how the heck am I gonna compete with someone that already worked with several companies and done damn lot of research. If, and it's a big if, I get the offer, it's really because of luck, a miracle rather than due to my CV =(

Done with the sad part. Now off to a nice, great friday =D Today targets, Pavillion and KLCC. My 1st time to Pavillion. I know, I know, so kampung right never been there although it had been opened for years. Spent almost 6 hours window shopping with half of it at Pavillion. Went to every single shop there except a few that looked way too exclusive >_< Although didn't buy anything but it was a nice day there. Totally forgot everything that happened yesterday ^_^ hehe...Wasted 2 hours in Kinokuniya looking for 2 books and it was worth. I managed to find those two and it was way cheaper than the price in Melbourne. Good thing didn't bought over there =)

There had been sort of celebration today at Pavillion and KLCC. Every now and then, there be lion dance performance in front of certain shops. Think the owners paid for that dance to bring ong for this year =)

Anyone care to explain to me why these 'lions' are spewing cabbage to the shop? Is 'cabbage' sound like 'wealth', 'luck' or 'gold' in mandarin? Everytime the lion spewed it at the owner in purple, some of them would clapped like it was a good thing. Really curious xD

The same goes with this one. The orange lion had prepared some sort of offering made from cabbage and mandarin. Quite nice also since it was made on the site :) Was it to bring luck too?? xD Nonetheless, been quite a while for me to watch a great lion dance, not some imitation like the one in Melbourne. Malaysia indeed had the best lion dance performance =)

Dinner tonight at some exclusive restaurant, again. Really pampered myself these few days ^_^ went to TGIF with my friend. I must say, the food is way better than Ben's although it's a bit pricey. You can't expect to come here every week but once a month is not too bad xD Pester ur bf to bring u here..hahaha =P We ordered 'New York grill' and 'Tennessee Chicken'. Both dishes are very good and cooked to perfection and the portion is quite big too. Had a hard time finished it =P Both the dishes plus drinks costed us around RM118.

No free food tonight since it's my treat for my friend for his birthday >_< Oh well, been a nice dinner since quite hard to meet him nowadays. Bought him some Godiva's truffles as present. Hope he like it =)

The thing that really made me very happy today, able to see heck lot of hot-looking guy at both places...hahaha =D just need to take a few steps and there be at least one around xD it's either because there's really a lot today or deprivation of hot guys for a few weeks caused me to lower my standards >_< I don't dare to take any pictures since it be too obvious with my phone..haha ^_^

All in all, it had been one really GREAT Friday =)
