something I imagined would never happen ^.^
Never expected I be able to keep it up that long since it was started on a sudden impulse only without prior planning XD
feels very nice when see myself in the mirror and how different I look like as compared to last year....less fat and maybe a little bit more muscle than it ever had before...I can even freaking wear S" size xP
What has really changed is the inside..am more confident with what I am capable of no matter how difficult it gonna be from now on....anything is possible if the heart is willing enough...
Comes the hardest and the longest part of the diet - Maintenance
Must not slack off just because the 6 month ended....any slip-off and I be back to my old self in no time
Next on the list - eliminate that stubborn baby fat on my tummy =D
