We be overjoy to hear such words because it means someone gonna part to us something that not many have the privilege to hear about it. It feels like an honour.
Not to me.
When someone said that to me, most of times, I will stop them first and ask this, "how big is it? If it's too big, I'm better off not knowing it." Ignorance is bliss, sometimes =D
Once u know a secret, something is bound to happen especially if u like to drink. Brain overdosed with alcohol will lose its control and start to spurting out secret that is meant to be kept till death do us apart.
Not only that, the friend that told us the secret might get paranoid and think that our tongue might slip somehow and all hell break loose.
To whomsoever that has impart piece of ur life to me, I will honor ur trust and seal my lip forever. If it slips somehow, I won't even ask for forgiveness from u but simply disappear from ur life. That is the harshest punishment I could inflict upon myself for breaking my own word.
Time to train the art of keeping one silence =D
