Is it possible for me to sleep for whole day.....?
Here's the matter. Yesterday was a long and tiring day for me. Became a part-time driver early in the morning by 730am to Senawang, then after the function done, straight to Putrajaya. Back home for a while, then off to Cheras and come back home again. By 6pm, out to Cyberjaya, travelling with hordes of car that just finished work. End up, 15-minutes journey became 45 minutes and back home again. 8pm began the long, perilous travel back to hometown. Arrived : 2.30 in the morning >_<
The problem started now. I slept around 4am since took bath and update myself with what happening while I'm off the virtual world xD but..........by freaking 7am, I woke up already -.-
AAARRGGGHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm damn tired from long hour of driving and I need freaking badly my beauty sleep T_T
This problem started quite a long time ago already. I have wired my biological clock somehow to kick myself awake when time of the day reached around somewhat 8-9am. The latest will be around 10am, nothing more than that. It is always a great thing to have except for time like this.
I feel exhausted whole day today but cant really shut my eye. Never try take sleeping pill and I will never resort to that.

Got the same problem at time.
ReplyDelete1. take sleeping pill (I try not to, but sometimes... just had to)
2. work out like mad, sleep better at night.
3. forceful readjustment, stay up for 36 hours straight then sleep at time I had planed.
guess the only real solution is to settle for one set time... herm...
i never dare to take pill yet bcoz i know it will jumble up my bio clock worse than now..huhu
Deletethe 2nd method used to work for me until I become super lazy nowdays..hahaha
the last method dont work at all..stay awake for 24 hours last time since helping my friend..slept at 8am, by 11am I'm awake ard >_<
herm... only way is for your body to readjust on its own... or make more currypuff??? lollll... I have no idea why I say that :P
Deletehahahaha..it works last time..i mean food, not specific to currypuff xD eat lot at nite, i can easily sleep like a baby..but really bad side effect =P hahahaha
