Popped by gym today and decided to do regular body checkup. The previous one was 2 months ago, around middle of April or so.
Got that lovely trainer to do it for me. She always like to smile and I kinda like to see her smile. So...comforting I suppose. hahaha XD That's not part of the story anyway.
Stepped on the machine and the result started to beep out. When I saw my weight, kinda made me disappointed a bit; 63.1 kg now, which mean I didn't gain anything.
My mood was lighten up a bit when detailed analysis was done. In 2 months time, I lost 1kg of fat and gained that same mass of muscle. That explained why my weight didn't increase nor decrease and why I looked thinner. She gave one advice to me.
Eat more! =.=
She said it will be easier to gain both muscle and fat at the same time and try to lose the fat again after that. Easier said than done, won't be easy to control how much to eat.
Time to loosen up a bit and indulge more
