Never ever ever dived straight into long-distance jogging after been on hiatus for 2 months. My leg now is screaming for oxygen. Too many oxygen debt to pay. Stupid me~ Because of that, less than 5km done.
Went around the gym to familiarize with the surrounding and equipment. Some are a bit too high-tech, took me awhile to understand how to use it XD
Managed to observe one of the class over there. It was zumba, I think, at that time. Before anyone asks, yes the instructor is freaking hot, cute, sexy or any other adjectives u can think of. What caught my attention is his dance step. He had such a slick, smooth movement when he danced. Damn it! Flawless to my eye. I want to be able to dance like that as well. He has no problem to shake any part of his body and looked damn gorgeous. Wonder how long he practiced before each class to achieve such level. Maybe I try attend it next time =D
2 more days before my contract ends and holiday starts. Am thinking how should I spend my weekend break XD any suggestion?
