Festive season is really not a good time to start any diet program and Chinese New Year is the worst >_< I salute anyone who still able to control their food intake even during CNY xD hahaha...But if you did that, you will miss all the good food since the best one is usually the least healthy one ^_^ hihi
I had always been inconsistent with any diet that I tried. The only time I strictly adhered to my plan was during my foundation year at UiTM. For one whole year, I became a vegetarian which mean no meat, no chicken, no fish >_< I still took dairy products; i.e milk, egg, cheese; since I couldn't find any cheap vegetable to substitute my protein need.....
It ain't easy but it was fun to try ^_^ In a year time, my weight was reduced to a level that I never imagined *wohoo* To reach that was like part of my dream fulfilled (^V^)
It was such a great feeling at that time but as like every other good thing, it came to an end quite fast especially when I continued my study in Melbourne. The price of chicken is a heck lot cheaper than vege T_T There's no way I can sustain such diet if I want to survive every month.
Oh well, since I'm back to Malaysia, might as well give it another try soon. Hope can achieve my long-lost weight again *dream on* >_<
p/s: uni, why u no send me an offer yet? T_T
