Of mimicry and free

Chatted with J yesterday. He told me bout his meet up with a new guy that he knew from Jack'd and me been 'kepoh', asked him to spill every single details XD

J said the guy told him he resembled his previous boyfriend in some way and that's the reason why he contacted J in the first place.

It made me feel a little bit irked towards that guy. When someone said u resemble their previous boyfriend, so does that mean they don't see u as u but rather as a copy of someone that they used to feel comfortable with?

I will feel quite offended if a guy that I'm dating said something like that. It's like I'm not good enough to him and he like me because he saw some other 'guy' in me. If he can like the other part of me that doesn't coincide with his previous bf, then maybe all will be well.

I AM DEBT-FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went to settle my study loan for my degree today. With that, I'm off the shackle and no longer bound to them in any way. As far my experience goes, I really will try my best to take any loan from them for the time being. The management was quite inefficient and quite few major problems during my study period.

But no more, I'm free =)
